I received a gal in County jail. I was there for one year I have no kids I was declared incompetent so why do I have a gal. HOA board has enough power to throw me in jail and not fixed the mold in my condo that blows my mind For one year Why do I have this person before me? I do not have any kids

I was reading their process if you file a complaint on the GAL. It's made to make a person not to want to go through all of it.

What if the child feels more anxiety because of the guardian ad litem? The child does not agree with the guardian ad litems recommendations due to not feeling safe when she is with her father

And not only did she mail them to the wrong person and not serve them she got fired and then another lawyer took over my Case they did not know anything about my case they didn't know my last lawyer set a pre-trial and set for temporary alimony and I had all the information already on my Gmail I feel like my new lawyer at the firm is just trying to not get sued for breaking confidentiality or something I don't know but I thought 2 years to get this divorce and I'm back at square one

My lawyer didn't serve my husband papers for divorce they mailed them and they mailed them to the wrong person he could have said he didn't get them is that wrong of my lawyer to have just mailed them

Wow. What reality do you people live in. A lawyer CAN'T remain inpartial, especially if they are also a lawyer whose biggest platform is father's rights. They WILL find favor with the father even if the mother provides stacks of proof of the abuse the father committed against the family.

Third party information is better received because it is perceived to be non biased. Also important is the list of things the parties are required to produce. State bar complaints need to be filed when your attorney does not take issue and demand the required asset disclosures and other statements of conditions. Divorced in California and went thru three years of hell trying to bring this case to an end. I went through three lawyers, so have extremely low opinion of divorce lawyers. (They are the ones who did not do well in law school, so family law was their saving grace to save a law career). I had to ask the judge for some “adult supervision” of the attorneys to end this case. Get a book on how to sue your lawyer. Not that you would, but does identify his responsibilities and what you can ask for and demand. Attorneys feed you a lot of b/s and know you don’t know any better. Don’t be used!

first thing utah don't give a shit about your kids, my kids and they will snatch them from families. A GAL is a county employee acting as an informant for the Court. If you don't have effective legal representation, do not buy the malarkey about "cooperation".

I have court tomorrow and I have emergency custody of both of my daughters. My eldest “step“ daughter was originally in states custody, and then the judge placed her in my custody. Tomorrow will be the 4th court date. The first two court dates my ex-wife was in jail and was contagious. The third court date my wife decided to represent herself and failed miserably. She is now been appointed an attorney. I was fully expecting to be called by my stepdaughters “ad litum” by now but I have not. After watching your video, I now understand why this hasn’t happened yet and this is the best video about “ad litum” I have witnessed!

Mans save u money bcz end day u lost not matter whats $4k $10k $20k etc even if u have a traffic ticket 30 years ago in u record that mean u a dangerous man for u own child obviously bcz is a huge business for private corporations 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

1 thing i learned from watching nature is a parent will do whatever it takes to protect their kid. Remember that when you come for their kid. They will never forgive and forget what you did. They may also be pushed to the extreme when its finally over to come for you. Think about it. They can do exactly what you know they would be willing to do. We both know what im talking about here. Even if youtube wont let me say it. Dont push the dad. And definately dont push the mom to that length. You will be surprised when the knock on the door comes and they are standing there with a smile on their face and their hands behind their back. skip all this and just adopt the kid before they take you to court for rights. when you adopt it forfeits the grandparents rights and they get no claim to the child anymore. dont let these people take your kid.

So if I have had seven years of help with depression and anxiety, improved over depression to where it was no longer a diagnosis, and improved over anxiety to where anxiety was not as much of an issue, to where the therapist was moving away from it and onto other things ... but if I lacked the last year out of eight because I felt comfortable not having therapy because I had achieved what I had got there to do, does that make me yet unfit as a parent?

BS! Placement did not start off equal for me. I was given 0 placements from the get go. I had to pay and fight for placement. Whoever get majority of placement in Wisconsin pretty much get custody right over the other. My advice, stay legally single by not getting a STATE marriage license.

Once a last name is changed in most states the Parent with custody will be entirely responsible for all costs in medical,dental,housing,clothing, costs of further education.The change should be weighed carefully, resentments may fester in the child if change was made by a vindictive custodial ;parent. Emotional pain should be faced & help is available to the affected adult.D

From what I have experienced and heard, the gal is not in the best interest of the children. Ours didn't see me parent my children, was dishonest, and he didn't even disclose major information to me or to the court, significantly affecting our case.
